ME AND MY WIFE GIOVANNA WORKED AND OWNED MANY RESTAURANT, SHE HELPED ME GROW IN LIFE AND WORK. FROM 1965 TO 1970 WE WORKED AS CHEFS ON THE FAMOUS CRUISE BOAT "MICHELANGELO". FROM 1972 TO 1980 WE WERE CALLED TO THE "CAMERA DEI DEPUTATI A MONTECITORIO" ROME. THERE WE SERVED PRESIDENT OF MANY STATE OF THE WORLD, POLITICAL AND OTHER IMPORTANT AND FAMOUSE PERSONAGES. AFTERWARDS WE WENT TO PARIS TILL 1982 TO WORKING AT THE "MAXIM’S" , ONE OF THE BEST RESTAURANT IN THE WORLD. FROM 1983 TO 1990 WE WERE CHEFS AND OWNERS OF TWO RESTAURANTS IN VILLA POTENZA (MACERATA)…"VILLA QUIETE" AND "ROGANTI 83". HERE WE WON THE INTERNATIONAL AWARD **ERCOLE D’ORO** IN 1988 (EXPOSED NOW TO THE BAR”AI CERCHI”) AND FIVE CONSECUTIVE **GRAPPOLO D’ORO** AWARDS IN A ROW FROM 1984-1988.
